We all remember Un’goro Crater. Well I am sure we all remember how the Devilsaurs like to sneak up on you. And even though they make the ground shake as they walk they always managed to kill you. Yeah that’s happened to at least 90% of us when we where low level.
I decided to go afk once in Un’goro. I had come back and Devilsaur had eaten me alive! Or what about all those times I’d be killing a mob and he’s come up behind me and stomp me out of existence.
Or that other time when I was lagging a bit and finally everything around me began to appear on my screen and lo and behold Devilsaur was right there to eat me up.

You can all remember when Outlands first came out and most of us had no clue about the new changes made at the time. Well once when I was flying around Terrokarr I wasn’t paying much attention to where I was going.
I was so happy with my new mount that I had not actually noticed that the opposing faction towns had flying bodyguards. So without warning I was suddenly hunter marked and promptly shot out of the sky.
I fell to my death confused and a bit peeved till my boyfriend finally saw fit to explain this new addition to the game to me. lol

Lower Blackrock Spire was pretty challenging back in the days before the burning crusade. Bit it was not without its own glitches and fun.
On one occasion while on our way to the ogres area (the place with the orcs with the hole in the floor where you can look down and see the trolls below.) well while we were there, all of a sudden we got jumped by those trolls from the floor below.
We had no clue what happened. We figured someone aggro’d them somehow. So we ran back to try again. This time I decided to keep an eye down the hole for any strange activity. And before I could shake my fist all the trolls began to run in a group. I yelled to everyone “Incoming” But of course all we could do was watch as they flooded the room and slaughtered us…again.
Well we never tried going back there that day until blizzard fixed the glitch.

Was having some fun with a friend the other day 2 manning undead Stratholme. We are both 80 btw. When we were killing Baroness Anastari she mind controlled my druid friend who was tanking in cat form. Well he tore me a new one with no problems, me being a priest and all.
On our second run of undead side we killed her again but this time I narrowly escaped being torn apart.
On our third time running it, I decided to stay out of combat. It worked he was not mind controlled and I suffered no harm at the paws of my cat-like friend.

I’ve said before i am not a fan of pvp. Well there are time I will play. Mainly with people i know like my guild. My guild had gotten into the habit of pvping in Warsong Gultch and Arathi Basin. I decided to join. We where doing really good using vent to communicate. We were winning and then our flag was grabbed by an alliance who was running down the tunnel with our with it.
Well no one could catch up to this druid until one of our priests, who was running toward us from the alliance part of the field, stopped and with fast thinking mind controlled the druid and ran him back toward us. Before the druid knew what was happening he died
It was fun to watch.

Not so long ago, in a land called Outlands, a hunter wandered about the terrain in need of some action. He didn’t find action however he did find new problem. Not sure how it happened or why he began to float through the world. It was heavenly at first all colorful with some sky and occasionally some patches of odd color but then he became increasingly concerned as he realized he was stuck in this abyss with no way out.
In his past experince he would die and rez at the nearest graveyard or perhaps run back to his body, but something about this time was different. Deciding it was time to ask for help he petitioned a GM (Game Master). Understanding of this poor hunters situation he was prompt to tell him he would rez him.
No sooner did the hunter say thank you then he was resurrected…outside the crossroads, literally worlds away from where he had even been to begin with. “Gee thanks Mr. GM.”

Going a little off topic and will come back to part 2 of falling through the world later but i just have to share with you what happened to my boyfriend.
So my boyfriend was flying around Northrend one day minding his own business when he decided to go bio. So setting himself on auto ‘fly’ he left his computer while his character kept flying.
When my boyfriend finally came back he had flown so far he had become fatigued in the ocean and had died. He released from his body and found himself in all his ghostliness now located in the barrens graveyard. Thats right fate blew him a new wind all the way to the barrens

Ever try to get into an area yous not suppose to, or perhaps try to jump a hill to get over a wall as a short cut? Now if you nodding yes to any of these and thinking of others then you may have also experience the glitch of falling through the world. And for those of you who have not fallen through the world it kinda look likes rocks, a colorful sky and sometimes if you put your camera on an angle you can see mobs, and of course you are falling in a floating type way.
Well I once tried to blink my mage past a wall to skip some mobs i had ben having trouble with. I was in shadowmoon valley at the time. As i blink i experinced falling through the world. At first i was floating and then i fell at rapid speed till i turned into a tiny dot and it actually reminded me of the roadrunner and Wile E. coyote.
I finally died and had to corpse run back. I knew my way back but when i got to my where my corpse should have been by the wall i couldn’t rez so actually looking at my map this time it was showing me as dead way over to the east most edge of the map. I was not impressed as i ran all the way over there to recover my body, which btw was just lying there by the edge.
Oh well could have been worse, could have been the same thing as what happened to my boyfriend….

Ever do something in game that you know is kinda evil. Like kill an afk pvp alliance/horde, or tag a mob before someone else can get to it even though you knew he was running for it. Well i’m you have even if you wont admit it.
One sunny day in Tanaris I was heading to ungoro. I can’t remember now why i was running there or why i had this other person with me i only remember what it was i did. lol.
As we approached the edge on Tanaris i got this evil idea. You see the person with me had gone afk for a bio, and was on outo follow. With mischief on my brain i ran for the edge. I jumped as the person on follow ran after me i quickly hit my leveitate button as i watch my partner fall to his death. I floated past his corpse.
When he got back from the bathroom he asked what happened. As i know this person irl i told him, “That was for the time you feigned death in an instance you where taking my lowbie through and let me die.”
Since then we found different ways to screw eachother over lol All in good fun of course.

I know we’ve all done it. Make the wrong move, hit the wrong button, target the wrong mob. But whats the worst time its ever happened?
Once again in blackwing lair we had made it to Vaelastrasz, as we all began to buff up, and our raid leader was explaining the fight for the new people, one of our warlocks hit a hot key. All would have been fine only he had forgotten he had changed his hot key from summoning a minion to his wand.
As he had vaelstrasz targeted you can only guess what came next. Not knowing anything out of the blue vael strikes out. We wiped in seconds. No one was angry we kinda laughed when he admitted what happened.
As he did let the wand slip once more on vael he quickly changed hit hotkeys back to normal and we never had that happen again.
